This consultation gives you an opportunity to share with me a little bit about the difficulties you are facing. It also gives me a chance to talk to you about my approach to therapy and what you can expect from the therapeutic process. This is also a time for you to ask me any questions you may have about my approach or my practice.  If, after speaking with me for a half an hour, you feel like we have rapport and you'd like to continue, we'll set up an appointment.
